I'm apologize in advance if this is not the correct place to post this topic, but NCsoft support is currently down for the day, so we didn't have much options.

My Friend went to NCsoft website and he bought the factions game online with his debt card. And then he was trying to link his account and it wouldn't let him do it, so he thought he would create a new account, by using his already in use prophecies account key, but it said it was already in use so now he has one account that has prophecies on it and another that has Factions on it. He would like to know how to add Factions to his current Prophecies account.

There is nothing that I'm aware of that we can suggest to you other than contact support. I don't believe there is a way to "un-link" one's campaign from an account, so just keep trying to get in touch with support.

There's no way your friend can add the used Factions keys to his old account. Support, however, can and has done so in the past. Just tell your friend to keep talking with support and they'll do it when they can.
